Hadeson Capital has multiple solutions for providing long-term financing. Besides offering conventional commercial buy and hold financing options, we also offer a CMBS solution. Please note, this is our short list of available programs. 


If you are interested in saving some interest and you aren’t planning on paying the loan off early, this option can give you the savings you’ve been looking for:

  • Minimum of $3 million loan amount
  • 5 or 10-year term
  • Non-recourse
  • Can do a period of interest-only
  • 30-year amortization 
  • Around 4% +/- interest – dependent on property and borrower
  • 70% to 75% LTV of purchase price
  • Will accept development-type portfolios, apartments, or commercial use buildings

Conventional Commercial Buy-and-Hold:

  • 5, 7, 10, or 30-years fixed
  • 30-year amortization 
  • Rates between 3.6% interest and 5.5% interest (determined by borrower and property)
  • LTV up to 80%
